Warehouse operation team leader

Your responsibilitiesDaily Shift Production & Task Delivery (Assign daily work tasks to front-line staff according to warehouse production plans; arrange manpower properly to hit shift output and on-time order shipping targets.)On-site Operation Supervision & Standard Execution (Make sure all team members follow standard work procedures. Check daily operations such as PDA scanning, sorting, packing and loading.)On-site Problem Handling & Safety Management (Deal with common on-site issues including system glitches, equipment failure and material shortage; report serious problems to supervisors right away.)New Staff Training & Team Management (Train new team members on practical work skills until they can work independently.)Our requirementsEducation: College diploma or above; warehouse/logistics related certificates are a plus.Experience: Minimum 3 years warehouse front-line work experience, at least 1 year team-lead experience. Experience in cross-border e-commerce overseas warehouse is preferred.Skills: Can use PDA devices and warehouse management system; know basic warehouse work standards; able to spot and solve common on-site problems; understand basic safety requirements.Others: Polish candidates preferred. Fluent Polish speaker; good English or Chinese is a bonus. Physically fit, accept rotating shifts including night shifts. Responsible, good communication, able to handle heavy work during big sales seasons.
