If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and good at keeping multiple moving pieces on track, you’ll fit right in.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site office-based role for an Warehouse Operations Assistant in Compton, CA. You’ll work closely with the Chief of Operations and warehouse team to coordinate orders, shipments, inventory, and client requests.What you’ll do:Monitor daily customer orders and order statusManage orders, inventory, and receiving information within our WMSCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments with the warehouse teamReview ASNs, packing lists, shipping documents, and client instructionsSchedule carrier pickups and track shipmentsCommunicate client requests and priorities to the warehouse teamProvide clients with order, inventory, and shipment updatesAssist with inventory discrepancies, returns, and order issuesMaintain accurate records and operational documentationProvide daily administrative support to the Chief of OperationsOrganization and follow-through matter here. You’ll help keep communication clear and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.QualificationsExperience in logistics, fulfillment, e-commerce, administration, or 3PL operations preferredExperience with WMS or shipping software is a plusStrong computer and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationStrong attention to detailComfortable communicating with clientsAble to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentReliable, punctual, and able to work independentlyHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredBenefits & PerksMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance401(k)Paid time offPerformance-based incentivesOpportunities for growthWe promote from within.
