قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجRole DescriptionSupport end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, order processing, inventory coordination, logistics, and delivery management.Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods and materials.Monitor purchase orders, shipment schedules, inventory levels, delivery status, and supply requirements.Prepare and maintain accurate supply chain documentation, including purchase orders, delivery records, invoices, shipping documents, and inventory reports.Track shipments and proactively follow up on delays, shortages, discrepancies, or other delivery issues.Assist with demand planning, replenishment, stock allocation, and inventory control to maintain appropriate stock availability.Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities while ensuring relevant requirements and schedules are met.Maintain accurate supply chain data and update ERP, inventory, procurement, or logistics systems as required.Analyze supply chain performance, inventory movements, supplier performance, and logistics data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.Support supplier coordination, performance monitoring, and issue resolution in collaboration with procurement and other relevant teams.Assist in identifying supply risks, operational bottlenecks, excess inventory, stock shortages, and other potential disruptions.Prepare regular supply chain reports, dashboards, and management updates to support operational and planning decisions.Contribute to process improvement initiatives focused on cost efficiency, inventory optimization, service levels, and operational effectiveness.Ensure supply chain activities comply with company policies, procedures, quality standards, and applicable requirements.QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Good understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and order fulfillment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret inventory, purchasing, and logistics data.Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with ERP, WMS, procurement, inventory, or supply chain management systems is an advantage.Strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple orders, shipments, priorities, and deadlines.Good numerical and commercial awareness, with an understanding of cost, lead time, inventory levels, and service performance.Proactive, responsible, adaptable, and results-oriented approach to work.Ability to identify operational issues, escalate risks appropriately, and support practical solutions.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across procurement, operations, finance, sales, and other departments.
