Role DescriptionSupport daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory handling.Coordinate the movement of goods and materials to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient warehouse activities.Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders, delivery documents, picking lists, and system records.Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.Monitor stock levels, storage conditions, product locations, and inventory movements to minimize discrepancies and losses.Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation, including receiving records, dispatch documents, stock reports, and inventory records.Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, drivers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth deliveries and collections.Monitor warehouse equipment, storage areas, and workspaces to ensure proper organization, safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.Investigate inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, missing items, and delivery issues, and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.Update warehouse, inventory, ERP, or WMS systems accurately and in a timely manner.Support warehouse planning, stock allocation, replenishment, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination activities.Monitor warehouse performance indicators such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, productivity, and turnaround time.Identify opportunities to improve warehouse workflows, space utilization, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.Ensure warehouse activities comply with company policies, standard operating procedures, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock management.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when handling inventory records and shipment documentation.Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), barcode systems, scanners, or inventory management software is an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with warehouse teams, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments.Strong ability to follow procedures, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple operational requirements.Physically and operationally comfortable working in a warehouse environment where required.Proactive, responsible, disciplined, and safety-conscious approach to work.Ability to identify discrepancies and operational issues and take appropriate corrective action or escalation.Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
