The role involves day-to-day tasks such as receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming shipments, picking and packing orders with attention to detail, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety regulations, assisting in warehouse organization, and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Picking: Accurately locate and pull products from our premium wig collections based on digital or printed pick lists.Accuracy & Quality Control: Conduct thorough checks of SKUs, colors, and styles to ensure 100% order accuracy before packing.Inventory Care: Assist with restocking, organizing bins, and performing cycle counts to support our transition to modern inventory management systems.Safety & Organization: Maintain a pristine and organized warehouse environment, reflecting the high standards of our brand.Logistics Support: Help manage incoming shipments and prepare outgoing orders for domestic and international transit.QualificationsProficiency in inventory management, warehouse operations, and logisticsStrong organizational and time-management skills for efficient order processing and shipment handlingDetail-oriented with the ability to perform accurate order picking, packing, and quality checksPhysical capability to lift and move items as needed, and ability to stand for extended periodsExperience in operating warehouse equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks is a plusStrong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent (required); additional certifications in warehouse management or logistics are a plusFamiliarity with basic computer systems and inventory software is beneficial
