Apply & track with Apply EdgeWarehouse Operations ExecutiveLocation- SharjahSalary: AED4,500 + Company Car+ Medical Insurance Role Overview We are looking for a Warehouse / Operations Executive to handle day-to-day warehouse operations at our SAIF Zone facility in Sharjah, coordinating order fulfilment, deliveries, stock control, and returns across both local and export shipments. Close, ongoing communication and coordination with 3PL (third-party logistics) warehouse partners is a key part of this role. Key Responsibilities 3PL & Warehouse Coordination
- Maintain close, day-to-day communication and coordination with 3PL (third-party logistics) warehouse partners — this is a key part of the role.
- Coordinate warehouse operations to receive incoming orders and pick goods accurately for dispatch. Order Fulfilment & Delivery Coordination
- Arrange local deliveries with trucks/drivers, ensuring goods reach customers on time, and collect the POD to share with Sales/Accounts.
- Follow up on export shipments end-to-end until final delivery, collecting the POD and sharing it with Sales/Accounts.
- Monitor import shipments and handle related free zone documentation for imports.
- Handle daily B2B orders and deliveries, ensuring accurate and timely fulfilment. Stock & Inventory Management
- Take ownership of stock reconciliation and day-to-day stock maintenance.
- Provide daily stock updates to the Sales team.
- Reconcile stock across systems — internal records, free zone records, and physical counts — using Excel. Returns & Claims Management
- Handle goods returns, including customer complaints and aged stock.
- Liaise with the Production team to obtain resolution/approval on returned items and process qualifying stock back into inventory. Requirements & Qualifications
- Valid UAE driving license
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain coordination, including coordinating with 3PL warehouse partners.
- SAIF Zone import/export documentation experience, or similar free zone documentation experience, strongly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including reconciliation of stock, returns, and internal vs. free zone stock matching.
- Well organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating multiple deliveries and priorities in a single day.
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with Sales, Accounts, Production, and delivery drivers.
- Willingness to work on-site at the SAIF Zone, Sharjah warehouse, Monday to Saturday
