Warehouse Operations Intern

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Coordinator Intern to support the day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on, paid 3-month internship for someone who is comfortable being out in the field, has their own vehicle and a valid driver's license, and can respond quickly to operational issues as they come up. You'll be a key point of contact for resolving inbound and outbound escalations, helping keep warehouse operations running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and monitor inbound shipments, ensuring timely receipt and proper handling at the warehouse.Own and resolve inbound and outbound escalations — delays, damages, missing items, or documentation issues — by acting quickly and involving the right people.Coordinate with sales and account management teams to resolve customer-related escalations tied to inbound/outbound issues.Flag recurring issues or bottlenecks to the operations team and suggest improvements.Support other ad-hoc warehouse coordination tasks as assigned during the internship.RequirementsValid driving license and access to a personal car (mandatory).Willingness to travel regularly as part of daily duties.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to stay calm and act fast under pressure.Good communication skills to coordinate between warehouse staff, drivers, and internal teams.Basic proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and messaging tools (WhatsApp, email, etc.).Prior exposure to logistics, warehousing, or operations (through study, internship, or work) is a plus but not mandatory.Available full-time for the 3-month internship period.
