In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of driven individuals dedicated to making a difference in the industry.ResponsibilitiesOn-Site Quality & Compliance Auditing: Act as the company representative stationed at partner warehouses to monitor daily operations, verify SOP compliance (including pickup rates, labeling, and cargo consistency), and report potential risks.Workforce Efficiency Optimization: Evaluate on-site staffing levels and productivity through data and observation, proposing optimized scheduling and labor allocation to eliminate inefficiencies.Incident Response & Resolution: Rapidly handle operational anomalies (e.g., warehouse congestion, lost cargo) by investigating root causes on-site and coordinating immediate corrective actions to minimize disruptions.Process Improvement: Track operational loopholes to deliver high-quality inspection reports, collaborating with partners to drive improvements.Required skills / Minimum QualificationsMinimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role, with a successful track record in business/operations management; familiarity with USPS/FedEx/UPS last-mile carrier requirements is a plus.Ability to work independently, ensure compliance, and maintain quality standards without direct supervision.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset; able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Proactive in identifying and resolving operational issues; strong problem-solving and on-site decision-making abilities.Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.Ability to adapt to business needs, including flexible travel or on-site assignments; data-sensitive and committed to accuracy.
