The strategic LA location and adaptable systems make it a strong logistics partner for businesses needing short-term storage, ongoing fulfillment, or scalable support during peak seasons.Role Description The Warehouse Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Logix Fulfillment’s facility in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. This role oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, pick-pack-ship, cross-docking, and outbound distribution to ensure accuracy, safety, and timely order fulfillment. The Warehouse Operations Manager leads and schedules warehouse teams, monitors productivity, and implements process improvements to maintain performance targets such as order accuracy, same-day shipping, and inventory integrity. This position collaborates closely with customer service, account management, and transportation partners to resolve operational issues, support client requirements, and optimize workflows for e-commerce, retail, and wholesale accounts. The role also includes responsibility for maintaining warehouse standards, enforcing safety protocols, managing equipment and space utilization, and supporting scalable operations during peak seasons.Qualifications Demonstrated Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance management, and shift scheduling.Strong Operations Management experience in a warehouse or 3PL environment, with a focus on process improvement and KPI tracking.Proficiency in Inventory Control and Warehouse Management, including stock accuracy, cycle counting, and space optimization.Customer Service skills to partner effectively with clients, resolve order or fulfillment issues, and support service-level commitments.Experience with WMS, ERP, or inventory management systems and basic data analysis using spreadsheets or reporting tools.Knowledge of safety regulations, material handling practices, and OSHA-compliant warehouse operations.Ability to work on-site in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area and manage physically active warehouse responsibilities as needed.Relevant education or training in supply chain, logistics, operations management, or equivalent professional experience.
