Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Overseas Warehouse Manager to lead the planning, setup, and full-chain operations of our self-operated warehouse in Los Angeles, USA. In this role, you will be responsible for building standardized warehouse processes, optimizing operational efficiency, managing team and safety compliance, and ensuring smooth cross-border supply chain coordination.Key Responsibilities1. Warehouse Setup & Overall ManagementLead the overall planning, zone layout, traffic flow design, and functional zoning of the self-operated warehouse in Los Angeles, establishing standardized warehouse operations, management systems, and SOPs to ensure efficient and compliant warehouse operations.Oversee the full chain of warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, inventory counting, picking, packing, outbound, and delivery coordination, ensuring smooth processes and accuracy between records and actual inventory.2. Operational Efficiency & Cost ControlOptimize warehouse operations, labor allocation, and space utilization to improve productivity, warehouse efficiency per square foot, and inventory turnover rate, while reducing warehousing costs.Establish and monitor warehouse KPIs (e.g., inventory accuracy, order processing timeliness, outbound accuracy, damage rate), conduct regular data reviews, and drive continuous improvement.3. Team & Safety ManagementImplement warehouse safety management, including cargo safety, fire safety, personnel safety, and warehouse environment management. Establish safety inspection and emergency response mechanisms to ensure compliance with U.S. local labor laws and safety regulations.4. Inventory & Supply Chain CoordinationManage the full lifecycle of inventory, conduct regular/dynamic stocktaking, handle slow-moving, damaged, and abnormal goods, and mitigate inventory loss and cargo risks.Coordinate with the headquarters in China, overseas logistics partners, and local stakeholders to ensure smooth cross-regional and cross-department communication, synchronize operational data and issues, and maintain supply chain efficiency.5. Compliance & Local OperationsMaintain familiarity with U.S. local warehouse industry regulations, labor laws, tax, and customs requirements to ensure compliant warehouse operations.Continuously optimize warehouse operations models in response to business growth, address unexpected operational challenges, and drive the adoption of digital and automated tools in warehouse operations.QualificationsCore Experience:3+ years of comprehensive warehouse operations management experience in medium-to-large scale self-operated warehouses; experience in cross-border e-commerce, foreign trade, overseas warehouse setup, or operations is preferred; familiarity with U.S. overseas warehouse operations models.Professional Skills:Proficient in warehouse planning, process building, and SOP development; skilled in WMS (Warehouse Management System) and Office software; capable of data-driven analysis and process optimization.Overseas Adaptability:Willing to be stationed in Los Angeles, USA on a long-term basis; U.S. work authorization or visa holders are a plus; able to quickly adapt to overseas work and living environments.Language & Communication:Fluent in English with the ability to independently handle daily overseas work communications; strong cross-cultural communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Personal Qualities:Strong planning, stress tolerance, and execution capabilities; detail-oriented, responsible, with team leadership skills; able to independently handle unexpected operational issues.Equal Opportunity EmployerWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
