Role OverviewYou will support the day-to-day operation of our warehouse, helping ensure customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being busy, takes pride in doing a job properly and works well as part of a team.Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided on our systems, processes and ways of working.Key ResponsibilitiesPick customer orders accurately and efficiently. Pack orders securely and to the required standard. Prepare and process orders for dispatch. Move and organise stock within the warehouse. Assist with receiving and putting away incoming stock. Ensure stock is stored safely and correctly. Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment. Support the wider warehouse and distribution team as required.RequirementsRequirementsReliable, punctual and hardworking. Good attention to detail. Comfortable carrying out practical, hands-on work. Able to work efficiently whilst maintaining accuracy. Organised and able to follow established processes. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week at our Holton Heath site. Desirable (but not essential)Previous experience working within a warehouse environment. Experience with picking, packing, dispatch or stock movement. Previous experience working within an e-commerce, retail or distribution environment. BenefitsBenefits & Perks£12.71 per hour.
