Warehouse Operator

Job briefWe are looking for a Warehouse Worker to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. Warehouse Worker responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing, and scanning orders. You will be working both alone and part of a team with a commitment to complete your work efficiently and accurately.Location: Ilford/Hainault Warehouse responsibilities include:Collecting items from throughout the warehouse, preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to a schedule. Processing returned orders back into stock.Inspecting inventory for damages and faultsSorting and placing materials or items on to racks, and shelves. Performing warehouse inventory controls via scanner and or through a computer.Informing relevant parties of errorsOperate basic warehouse vehicles (no need for forklift license)Ensuring a clean, tidy, and safe working environmentAssisting with the loading and unloading of vehiclesCommunication via email to customer services when issues are presented.Requirements and skillsReliability and dependabilityGood organisational skillsLiteracy and numeracySelf-motivatedFlexible and willing to take on various tasks.Team playerAbility to meet the physical demands of the job.Not afraid of moderate heights
