The company focuses on streamlined processes and reliable service so that properties can start generating income faster.Role Description The Warehouse Receiving & Inventory Specialist is a full-time W2, on-site role located in Denver, CO. This role is responsible for receiving shipments, verifying quantities and conditions, and accurately logging items into inventory systems. The specialist organizes and stores furnishings, décor, and amenities, maintains clean and safe warehouse areas, and prepares items for delivery and installation. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting incoming goods, labeling and staging products, assisting with loading and unloading trucks, and coordinating with team members to ensure timely project completion. The role may also involve occasional customer-facing interactions, such as clarifying delivery details or inventory status with designers or project managers.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Shipping & Receiving skills, including inspecting deliveries and verifying orders.Candidates should possess Inventory Control skills to track stock, organize storage, and maintain accurate records.Candidates should possess Forklift Operation and general material handling skills, with a commitment to safety.Candidates should possess Computer Literacy skills for using inventory software, spreadsheets, and basic office applications.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external partners.Reliable attendance, time management, and ability to work in a physical warehouse environment (lifting, standing, moving) are required.Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience is preferred; experience with furnishings or interiors is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; willingness to follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures is essential.Compensation:Compensation for this role is $25-$27/hr DOE.
