As our business grows, we are building disciplined, scalable inventory operations to support our customers and team.Position SummaryThe Warehouse Receiving Associate supports the accurate and efficient movement of inventory into and through Clearway's warehouse. This hands-on role focuses on receiving, inspecting, recording, labeling, organizing, putting away, counting, and picking inventory.The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and committed to inventory accuracy. Key Responsibilities·  Receive inbound inventory and verify products against purchase orders and accompanying documentation.·  Inspect incoming products for correct quantities, visible damage, and other discrepancies.·  Record receipts accurately in Clearway's IQ Reseller ERP system.·  Label, organize, and put away inventory in assigned warehouse locations.·  Pick products accurately for customer orders and internal requests.·  Perform scheduled and ad hoc cycle counts.·  Research physical inventory discrepancies and communicate findings to operations leadership.·  Coordinate with the Inventory & Supply Chain Associate on ERP corrections and inventory reconciliation.·  Maintain clean, organized, and clearly labeled storage and work areas.·  Follow safe material-handling and warehouse procedures.·  Assist with improving receiving, put-away, picking, and counting processes.·  Operate warehouse equipment after completing required training and certification.Qualifications·  Previous warehouse, receiving, inventory, or material-handling experience is preferred.·  Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.·  Dependable attendance and the ability to work effectively with limited supervision.·  Basic computer skills and the ability to learn an ERP inventory system.·  Ability to identify and clearly communicate inventory discrepancies.·  Forklift experience or certification is preferred but not required; Clearway can provide certification training.·  Willingness to learn new processes and take on additional responsibility in a growing company.Physical Requirements·  Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the warehouse during the workday.·  Ability to lift up to 80lbs and move inventory safely, with assistance or equipment when appropriate.·  Ability to use warehouse equipment after receiving the required training.·  Ability to work full-time on-site at Clearway's Ada facility.What Success Looks Like·  Incoming inventory is received and entered accurately.·  Products are promptly placed in the correct warehouse locations.·  Order picks are accurate and completed on time.·  Cycle counts are completed consistently.·  Inventory discrepancies are identified early and resolved collaboratively.·  Warehouse locations remain safe, orderly, and easy to navigate.
