Our team ensures that valuable components are harvested for resale and end-of-life equipment is responsibly recycled, supporting sustainability and operational excellence for our clients.As a Warehouse Receiving Clerk, you will play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of incoming IT hardware. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help maintain inventory integrity and support the company's mission of maximizing asset value and environmental responsibility.Key responsibilities include:Receiving and verifying incoming shipments against paperworkInspecting, sorting, and labeling computer/server componentsDocumenting discrepancies, damages, and serial numbers in the inventory systemDisassembling servers and IT hardware for parts harvestingMaintaining organized staging areas and following warehouse safety proceduresRequirementsRequired Qualifications:GED or equivalent high school credentialAbility to disassemble computer and server hardwareProficiency with Acctivate ERP, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Windows file managementAbility to lift boxes up to 50 lbsEnglish proficiency for workplace communication, safety, and documentationAuthorization to work in the United StatesPreferred Qualifications:3+ years of warehouse experience in receiving, shipping, inventory, or similar roles1+ year of experience handling electronics or IT hardwareBenefitsHealth, dental, vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) + matching Paid time off Opportunities for growth and advancement
