We are seeking an experienced operations leader with a proven track record in establishing and launching warehouses from the ground up, not just managing existing facilities.The successful candidate will lead an end-to-end warehouse development project, covering planning, setup, infrastructure, operational readiness, and launch, before taking full responsibility for warehouse operations and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the warehouse establishment project from initial planning and requirements assessment through to full operational launch.Design the warehouse operating model and define infrastructure, equipment, technology, and system requirements.Plan warehouse layouts, storage capacities, and designated areas for receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.Establish and manage fulfillment operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, shipping, and returns management.Develop short-term and long-term storage solutions based on customer requirements and product characteristics.Select, implement, and integrate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) with relevant business and operational systems.Build and lead the warehouse operations team, establish standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Manage operational budgets, control costs, and optimize space utilization and resource efficiency.Oversee daily warehouse operations following launch, ensuring service quality and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Qualifications and Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehousing and logistics, including direct involvement in the successful establishment and launch of at least one warehouse.Proven hands-on experience in fulfillment operations and both short-term and long-term storage solutions.Experience managing warehouse setup, commissioning, and go-live projects.Advanced knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), warehouse process design, and inventory management.Ability to develop warehouse setup plans, operational budgets, and manage suppliers and contractors.Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to transition from project establishment to full operational management.Previous experience in Third-Party Logistics (3PL) companies and multi-client warehousing environments is highly preferred.نبحث عن قائد تشغيلي يمتلك خبرة عملية مثبتة في تأسيس وإطلاق المستودعات من الصفر، وليس إدارتها فقط، لقيادة مشروع متكامل يشمل التخطيط والتأسيس والتجهيز والتشغيل، وصولًا إلى إدارة المستودع وتحقيق الكفاءة التشغيليةالمهام والمسؤولياتقيادة مشروع تأسيس المستودع من مرحلة التخطيط ودراسة الاحتياجات حتى التشغيل الفعلي.تصميم النموذج التشغيلي للمستودع وتحديد متطلبات البنية التحتية والتجهيزات والأنظمة.تخطيط المساحات والسعات التخزينية وتوزيع مناطق الاستلام والتخزين والتجهيز والشحن.تأسيس وتشغيل خدمات تنفيذ الطلبات (Fulfillment)، بما يشمل الاستلام والتخزين والالتقاط والتعبئة والشحن والمرتجعات.تطوير حلول التخزين قصير وطويل الأجل وفق احتياجات العملاء وطبيعة المنتجات.اختيار وتطبيق أنظمة إدارة المستودعات (WMS) وربطها بالأنظمة ذات العلاقة.بناء الفريق التشغيلي وتطوير إجراءات العمل والسياسات ومؤشرات الأداء.إدارة الميزانية التشغيلية والتكاليف ورفع كفاءة استغلال المساحات والموارد.قيادة التشغيل اليومي للمستودع بعد الإطلاق، وضمان جودة الخدمات والالتزام بمستويات الخدمة (SLAs).المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبةخبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في قطاع المستودعات والخدمات اللوجستية، منها خبرة مباشرة في تأسيس وإطلاق مستودع واحد على الأقل.خبرة مثبتة في خدمات Fulfillment والتخزين قصير وطويل الأجل.خبرة في إدارة مشاريع تجهيز المستودعات وبدء تشغيلها (Warehouse Commissioning & Go-Live).معرفة متقدمة بأنظمة WMS وتصميم العمليات التشغيلية وإدارة المخزون.قدرة على إعداد خطط التأسيس والميزانيات التشغيلية وإدارة الموردين والمقاولين.مهارات قيادية قوية وقدرة على إدارة المشروع ثم الانتقال إلى قيادة العمليات التشغيلية.يفضّل من لديه خبرة في شركات الخدمات اللوجستية للطرف الثالث (3PL) والمستودعات متعددة العملاء.
