Applicants can expect to join a certified team focused on high-quality execution and sophisticated technology.Role Description The Warehouse Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in West Hollywood, CA, responsible for supporting daily operations in the warehouse and ensuring accurate, efficient handling of equipment and materials. Day-to-day tasks include receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, unloading deliveries, organizing inventory, and preparing outgoing orders for installation teams and clients. The role involves packing and labeling products, maintaining orderly storage areas and stock records, and assisting with inventory counts and reconciliations. The Warehouse Specialist will work closely with project managers and technicians to ensure the right products are staged and ready for scheduled installations. This position requires consistent attention to detail, safe equipment handling, and adherence to company procedures and timelines.Qualifications Experience with shipping & receiving activities, including verifying orders and managing documentation.Proficiency in packing, labeling, and preparing materials for safe transport and installation.Ability to safely perform unloading tasks and handle physical labor in a warehouse environment.Knowledge of inventory control processes, such as stock organization, cycle counts, and reconciliation.Skill in operating basic warehouse equipment, including pallet jack or similar material-handling tools.Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow standardized procedures and safety guidelines.Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with project managers, installers, and vendors.Basic computer skills for inventory systems, shipping platforms, and email; prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred.Ability to stand, lift, and move items throughout the workday; comfortable working in a fast-paced, scheduled environment.
