Job Title: Warehouse StorekeeperDepartment: Supply Chain / WarehouseReports To: Warehouse Supervisor / Supply Chain ManagerJob SummaryThe Warehouse Storekeeper is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory within the hospital warehouse. The role ensures accurate stock management, proper storage of supplies, and timely distribution of materials to hospital departments.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, store, and issue medical and non-medical supplies in accordance with hospital proceduresMaintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to ensure the availability of required suppliesConduct stock counts, inventory reconciliation, and stock rotation to minimize shortages, excess stock, and expired itemsEnsure supplies are stored safely and correctly according to storage, quality, and safety requirementsQualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field1-3 years of experience in warehousing, inventory management, storekeeping, or a related fieldHealthcare or hospital experience is preferredKnowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures is an advantage
