📢 We're Hiring | Warehouse Supervisor📍 Locations: Jeddah | Riyadh | DammamWe are looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, maintain safety standards, and lead warehouse teams to achieve operational excellence.Key RequirementsBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in warehouse operations.2+ years in a warehouse supervisory role.Experience in high-volume warehouse operations.Experience in services or distribution is preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and inventory control activities.Monitor WMS and ERP transactions to maintain accurate warehouse records.Coordinate replenishment activities and support demand planning requirements.Ensure timely order fulfillment while maintaining agreed service levels.Monitor warehouse safety, housekeeping, and compliance with company policies.Track warehouse KPIs, productivity, and operational performance.Coordinate with procurement, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance warehouse efficiency.Supervise warehouse staff, allocate daily tasks, and ensure team productivity and development.Preferred SkillsWarehouse OperationsInventory ControlWarehouse Management Systems (WMS)ERP SystemsPreferred CertificationsAPICS CPIMCertified Warehouse Professional (CWP)OSHA or NEBOSH Safety CertificationSaudi Nationals are preferred.
