The brand promotes a sense of belonging through its self-expressing community and encourages customers to let their backpacks speak for them wherever life takes them.Role Description The Warehouse Supervisor at Hookaba will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of LED backpacks and related materials. This full-time, on-site role in Noida includes coordinating workflow, assigning tasks, and monitoring team performance to meet productivity, accuracy, and safety standards. The supervisor will manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and implement controls to prevent losses and stock discrepancies. Responsibilities also include maintaining equipment and work areas, enforcing health and safety procedures, resolving operational issues, and collaborating with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to support timely order fulfillment. The role involves training and coaching warehouse staff, promoting continuous improvement, and contributing to operational process optimization.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, task delegation, performance monitoring, and coaching.Candidates should possess shipping & receiving skills, including order processing, documentation, labeling, and coordination with carriers and logistics partners.Candidates should possess material handling skills, including safe loading, unloading, stacking, and movement of goods within the warehouse.Candidates should possess inventory control skills, including cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and use of warehouse or ERP systems to track inventory.Candidates should possess forklift operation skills and familiarity with other warehouse equipment, following all safety protocols.Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in consumer goods or apparel warehousing, knowledge of safety regulations, and strong problem-solving abilities.Effective communication skills, attention to detail, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to work flexible hours as needed are preferred.A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related field, along with prior experience in a warehouse lead or supervisory role, is highly advantageous.
