Warehouse Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities:Assist in daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.Ensure accurate inventory records and assist with regular stock audits and cycle counts.Monitor inventory levels and alert the Warehouse Manager of discrepancies or stock shortages.Maintain proper documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (training will be provided if needed).Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize space utilization and efficiency.Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.Key Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in logistics or supply chain is a plus.1 - 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a retail or FMCG environment.Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control practices.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to lift and move heavy items, and work on your feet for extended periods.Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.Flexible and able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
