Starting in 2017 with noon.com, the region’s homegrown e-commerce platform and leading online shopping destination, noon is now a digital ecosystem of products and services - noon, noon Daily, noon Food, NowNow, SIVVI, noon VIP, and noon Pay.We are creating the Middle East’s local digital champion and are looking for world-class talent to join our team.What you’ll do: Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelines and within TATDetermine, track and Drive most important warehouse KPIs to achieve company’s objective of performance and costShift Management and reporting of KPIs to senior managementDemonstrate an understanding the ERP functions and report to maximize output and efficiencyTrain, guide and evaluate new/old warehouse workers with respect to the ERP and best practicesPlan and assign daily work,Address performance issues and improving productivity on the floorCommunicate and collaborate with other team membersWhat you’ll need:Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or a similar roleMinimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce in a related fieldStrong experience in working as a business partner in delivering better decision support and enabling strategic initiatives which help to improve organization financial performance.Excellent analytical skills as well as strong business acumen.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Develop project program work plan and ensure compliance with relevantStakeholders.Knowledge of Excel, Big Query and Python; familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Data Studio)Who will excel?We’re looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
