The role ensures accurate stock management, efficient warehouse operations, and timely availability of supplies across the hospital.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, issuing, and distribution of suppliesMonitor inventory levels, stock accuracy, and storage conditions to ensure the availability and proper management of materialsSupervise storekeepers and warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with proceduresConduct stock counts, inventory reconciliation, and expiry monitoring to minimize shortages, excess stock, and wastageEnsure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, quality requirements, and warehouse proceduresQualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field3+ years of experience in warehousing, inventory management, logistics, or a related fieldHealthcare or hospital experience is preferred
