Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for Warehouse Supervisor to join our Operations team in:📍 Sudair (industrial area)The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. The role ensures that warehouse activities are conducted efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company procedures and service level agreements. The Warehouse Supervisor leads a team of operators and coordinates with other departments to ensure accurate inventory control and on-time order fulfillment.Responsibilaties Supervise all warehouse activities to ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of goods.Oversee inbound and outbound processes and verify documentation accuracy.Monitor proper usage of equipment and warehouse tools.Ensure accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts and reconciliation.Report variances and damaged goods and coordinate with inventory control for adjustments.Support the implementation of WMS and scanning systems for real-time inventory tracking.Allocate daily tasks to warehouse staff and monitor performance.Provide on-the-job training, enforce SOPs, and ensure adherence to productivity targets.Maintain discipline, safety, and teamwork within the shift.Ensure compliance with safety policies, proper PPE usage, and incident reporting.Conduct routine inspections and coordinate corrective actions for unsafe conditions.Maintain cleanliness, organization, and segregation within warehouse zones.Prepare shift reports, productivity logs, and KPI dashboards.Maintain updated documentation for goods movement, inventory changes, and material handling equipment.Escalate critical issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications & ExperienceDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field4–6 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory roleKnowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and WMS systemsAbility to lead teams and manage shift operationsStrong understanding of safety practices and compliance requirementsProficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse reporting systemsGood communication and problem-solving skills
