Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor – Oil & Gas [ Emarati talent ]Location: Dubai-U.A.E.Job SummaryThe Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring the safe and efficient receipt, storage, handling, preservation, and dispatch of materials, equipment, spare parts, and consumables used in oil & gas operations.

The role ensures accurate inventory control, compliance with HSE requirements, and timely availability of materials to support uninterrupted operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular physical stock counts and cycle counts.Ensure proper identification, labeling, preservation, and storage of materials according to company procedures.Coordinate with Procurement, Maintenance, Operations, and Logistics teams for material requirements and deliveries.Monitor stock levels, identify shortages or excess inventory, and support inventory optimization.Ensure proper handling and storage of hazardous, flammable, and sensitive materials in accordance with HSE requirements.Supervise warehouse personnel, assign duties, monitor performance, and provide training as required.Maintain accurate documentation, including GRNs, material issue notes, transfer records, and inventory reports.Investigate inventory discrepancies, damages, and losses and implement corrective actions.Ensure warehouse facilities, equipment, forklifts, and storage areas are maintained in safe working condition.Enforce company HSE policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards.Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with company and industry requirements.Prepare periodic inventory and warehouse performance reports for management.Qualifications & ExperienceDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.5–8 years of warehouse experience, preferably within the oil & gas, EPC, petrochemical, or industrial sector.At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or team-lead position.Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple activities in a fast-paced operational environment.
