We'd love to hear from you!About the RoleAs a Warehouse Team Leader, you are at the heart of the daily warehouse operation. You will lead a team of warehouse associates in a dynamic environment where multiple customer operations come together. Thanks to your leadership and organizational skills, logistics processes and daily planning run smoothly.This role is about more than just managing the day-to-day operation. You will have plenty of opportunities to improve processes, coach your team, and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Your Key ResponsibilitiesLead & Coach: Train, guide, and motivate your team to help them perform at their best.Operational Excellence: Oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure operational KPIs are achieved.Process Improvement: Contribute ideas and support projects focused on improving warehouse efficiency and workflows.Safety & Quality: Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.Who Are We Looking For?Our client is looking for a confident leader who communicates effectively, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment.
