Warehouse Technical Lead — Emarati Talent. Location-Dubai,U.A.E.Excellent salary and benefits offered.The Warehouse Technical Lead is responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and technically compliant management of warehouse operations within an oil & gas environment. The role leads the receipt, inspection, storage, preservation, inventory control, and issue of technical materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment while ensuring availability for maintenance and operational requirements.The position provides technical leadership to warehouse personnel, coordinates closely with Maintenance, Procurement, Operations, Engineering, HSE, and Logistics, and ensures that warehouse activities comply with company procedures, industry standards, and HSE requirements.Key responsibilities include:Lead daily warehouse operations and supervise warehouse personnel.Manage technical and critical spare parts, equipment, tools, and consumables.Ensure proper receiving, inspection, identification, storage, preservation, and issuing of materials.Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure ERP/WMS data integrity.Monitor stock levels, critical spares, minimum/maximum levels, and material availability.Coordinate material requirements with Maintenance, Operations, Procurement, and Engineering teams.Ensure proper handling and storage of hazardous, sensitive, and high-value materials.Conduct cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and periodic physical inventories.Identify obsolete, surplus, and slow-moving materials and support material optimization.Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, warehouse procedures, and applicable oil & gas standards.Support audits, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.Develop warehouse KPIs and monitor performance, efficiency, and inventory accuracy.Provide technical guidance and training to warehouse staff.Core objective:To ensure safe, accurate, cost-effective, and uninterrupted availability of technical materials and spare parts required to support oil & gas operations and maintenance activities.
