Warehouse Technician

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Technician to join a growing operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining accurate inventory, fulfilling orders efficiently, and supporting daily warehouse operations.The Warehouse Technician will be responsible for receiving materials, managing inventory, picking and packing orders, preparing shipments, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate has previous warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.ResponsibilitiesReceive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.Verify deliveries against purchase orders and inventory records.Store materials in designated warehouse locations.Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.Create shipping labels and process outbound shipments.Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Follow established warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.Support additional warehouse and logistics activities as needed.QualificationsMinimum 1 year of warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience.High school diploma or GED preferred.Experience using RF scanners and inventory management systems.Basic Microsoft Excel skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Preferred QualificationsForklift certification or prior forklift experience.Experience operating reach trucks, cherry pickers, or pallet jacks.Familiarity with Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement practices.First Aid or CPR certification.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk throughout an 8-10 hour shift.Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
