Shipa Delivery's technology stack provides real-time parcel tracking via GPS; and for businesses, an integrated solution to streamline last-mile logistics and automate delivery management.ResponsibilitiesInclude, but are not limited to:Receive, verify, and document incoming shipments against purchase orders or delivery documentsInspect goods for damage, defects, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues promptlyOrganize, label, and store inventory in designated locations for efficient space utilizationPick, pack, process, and prepare inventory accurately for delivery and fulfillmentMaintain accurate inventory records and update relevant warehouse/inventory systemsConduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory reconciliation and cycle countsPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse reportsRespond to customer and internal queries promptly and keep Team Leads/Line Managers updatedMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentFollow warehouse and fulfillment procedures and support process improvementsTake initiative to learn processes and systems and develop the ability to work independentlyRequirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree preferably in logistics and supply chain managementMinimum 1 years of Warehousing / logistic operations experience, requiredProven track record of warehousing & Fulfilment experienceProficienciesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsTo be physically fit as lifting and carrying is requiredIntermediate computer knowledgeKnowledge in strategic planningFlexibility and willingness to work in rotational and night shifts
