This role is responsible for supporting the end-to-end administration and analysis of dealer warranty authorizations, claims, and goodwill requests, while coordinating reporting, financial follow-up, dealer agreements, system licenses, recall actions, training, and department activities. Key Responsibilities:Collect and compile warranty authorization, claim, and goodwill requests raised by dealers, and submit them to the IIF Field Engineer team for review and evaluation.Review dealer warranty authorization and claim requests to assess whether they comply with warranty terms, and counsel dealers on rejected claims to support effective resolution.Prepare debit notes, credit notes, and invoices related to product warranty, submit them to the Finance Department, and follow up on payment processing and payment advice to dealers.Liaise with dealers to monitor parts shipping status and ensure warranty requests progress in a timely manner.Prepare monthly warranty and service reports, analyze claims and costs for light and heavy commercial vehicles, and share findings with Engineering, After Sales, Sales, and other relevant stakeholders.Maintain and monitor dealer service agreements to ensure timely renewal, and coordinate GIDSS and CSS system license payments, renewals, invoicing, and collection with dealers.Collect information on business-related expenses, update expense and invoice databases, and monitor the monthly warranty budget in line with financial guidelines.Conduct weekly follow-ups on recall actions, oversee related payment processes, and hold monthly meetings with dealerships to address and resolve outstanding issues.Coordinate logistical requirements for training and department events, including travel arrangements, gate passes, and other required support.Organize monthly warranty seminars and plan and deliver dealership training programs within approved budgetary constraints, including the arrangement of souvenirs where required.What We Are Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Business, Quality, or a related field.5-10 years of experience in warranty administration within an OEM or dealer environment.Strong knowledge of warranty authorization, claim, goodwill, and dealer support processes.Experience with warranty systems and dealer DMS platforms; technical background would be an advantage.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate claims, costs, reports, and budget performance accurately.Experience coordinating invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and financial follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.Excellent communication, counselling, coordination, and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.Ability to manage multiple priorities, organize training and events, meet deadlines, and travel as required.
