Drive continuous improvement, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals while managing teams and vendor performance.ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage facility services operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with service -level agreements (SLAs). Supervise and guide services teams, ensuring adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. Coordinate and oversee vendor performance, contracts, and service delivery to maintain high -quality standards. Monitor and analyze performance metrics, reporting outcomes to senior management with recommendations for improvement. Implement and maintain policies and procedures that align services with organizational and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and environmental standards. Manage budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring cost -effective operations without compromising service quality. Support and mentor staff development, providing training and growth opportunities to enhance team capability. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align services with operational and business needs. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and service enhancement. Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations, health and safety laws, and company policies. Prepare and present service -related reports, audits, and operational reviews to senior leadership.Ensure alignment of individual and team efforts with the organization's strategic goals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement to achieve desired outcomes. Perform any additional duties or tasks assigned by the direct supervisor, as required to support departmental and organizational objectives.Educational BackgroundBachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Certification in Facility Management, Health & Safety, or related fields (e.g., IFMA CFM, NEBOSH) is preferred.Key SkillsExpertise in facility services operations and vendor management.Strong leadership and people management abilities.Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.Budgeting and resource management skills.Analytical and problem - solving abilities.Effective communication and stakeholder management.Proficiency in ERP and facility management systems.Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.Years of Experience8-10 years of experience in facility services management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
