We built a water bar — and we're looking for someone who can run it, host it, experiment with it and help us make the experience exceptional.This role sits at the intersection of beverage operations, hospitality, product experience and R&D.What You'll DoRole Description The Water Bar Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing daily operations at EARTHY’s hydration bar or experience center. This role includesRunning daily Water Bar operations, opening/closing readiness and uninterrupted functioning. uninterrupted day-to-day functioning.Maintain drinking-water availability and defined quality standards, completing all required checks, records and operational logs.Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation across all water-contact surfaces, serviceware, ingredients and serving areas.Monitor filtration and dispensing systems, and coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs and servicing as required.Manage ingredients, serviceware, cleaning materials and other consumables; coordinate with vendors, housekeeping and facilities teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.Track daily production, servings/dispatch, wastage, downtime and key operating metrics to maintain efficiency and consistency.During non-service periods, develop, test and refine water-based recipes and new serving formats.Maintain the Master Recipe Library, documenting ingredients, measurements, preparation method, presentation, yield, cost and relevant allergen information.Support EARTHY content creation, events and hosted sessions, including preparation, mise-en-place, demonstrations and on-camera serving.Host visitors with precision, warmth and restraint; gather guest feedback and use insights to improve recipes and service, without sales pressure or making unverified claims.Who fits3–6 years in premium hospitality, beverage or barista operations, or experience-centre operations.Someone with serious hygiene discipline, who is comfortable with SOPs, logs and equipment, and can build a reproducible recipe while confidently interacting with guests.Full-time | Bengaluru | Reports to Experience Centre Operations ManagerIf this sounds like your kind of strange and specific, get in touch:📞 Dhruveena — 90080101038✉️ dhruveena@earthy.livingKnow someone who'd be perfect?
