Role - Water pumping operator/Water Technician / Pump OperatorType - outsourcedDuration - 12 Months ExtendableSalary - 5000 AEDKey ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor water treatment and distribution systems from the control room using SCADA/control systems.Monitor operational parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, voltage, and current to ensure efficient plant performance.Perform equipment start-up, shutdown, and routine operations in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Respond to alarms, equipment failures, and emergency situations to maintain uninterrupted operations.Maintain accurate operational logs, maintenance records, and water quality reports.Monitor operational KPIs and support process improvements to enhance plant efficiency.Supervise and guide operational staff, ensuring compliance with procedures and safety standards.Support training and development of team members.Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and data confidentiality requirements.Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
