About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Waterjet CNC Operator & Programmer to join our team in a leading marble manufacturing plant in the UAE. The ideal candidate must be currently based in the UAE and have hands-on experience in marble and granite fabrication.
Key Responsibilities
Read, interpret, and modify engineering drawings and blueprints using CAD/CAM software.Program, set up, and operate Waterjet CNC machines to cut marble and granite with high precision.Adjust cutting parameters (pressure, abrasive flow rate, cutting speed) based on material type and thickness.Monitor the cutting process to ensure maximum quality and minimize material waste.Perform routine equipment maintenance and keep cutting heads/components in top condition.
Requirements
2 to 5 years of experience operating and programming Waterjet CNC machines (marble/stone industry preferred).Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, AlphaCAM, FlowMaster, IGEMS, or equivalent).Must be currently residing in the UAE (Mandatory).Strong capability in reading shop drawings and executing intricate designs (Marble Inlay / Medallions).How to Apply:If you meet the requirements and are currently based in the UAE, please send your CV (along with portfolio/work samples if available) with the job title in the subject line to:📥 hr@elalfyco.com
