Its expertise is strengthened by experience in leading branding agencies and formal industrial design training, supporting the delivery of complex, brand-aligned wayfinding projects.Role Description The Wayfinding Designer will contribute to the design and implementation of signage and wayfinding systems for a variety of built environments in Dubai and the wider region. This hybrid role is based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing wayfinding concepts, creating detailed graphic layouts for signage, and preparing production-ready artwork. The designer will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align wayfinding solutions with architectural plans and brand guidelines, while ensuring consistency, accessibility, and clarity across all touchpoints. Additional tasks include participating in client presentations, refining design solutions based on feedback, and coordinating with fabricators to support accurate implementation.Qualifications Strong graphic design capabilities, including Graphics and Graphic Design skills, applied to signage and wayfinding systems.Experience with Logo Design and Branding to create wayfinding solutions that reflect and reinforce brand identity.Proficiency in Typography and layout, ensuring clear, legible, and accessible information across varied environments.Advanced skills with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and vector-based tools.Background in industrial, environmental, or communication design, with an understanding of materials, fabrication, and installation processes.Ability to interpret architectural drawings and plans, and translate them into coherent wayfinding strategies.Strong visual communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Effective collaboration and communication skills for working with clients, architects, consultants, and fabricators.Relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Environmental Design, or a related discipline.
