📢 WE ARE HIRING | 2 Personal Assistants (PAs) – CEO Support & Property Administration📍 Location: UAE🏢 Industry: Real Estate & Property Management👥 Open Positions: 2 Personal AssistantsWe are looking for two professional, proactive, and highly organized Personal Assistants (PAs) to support our CEO and help establish and manage a new team within our real estate and property management business.The ideal candidates should have strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, excellent administrative and coordination skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct administrative and personal assistance to the CEO.Support the setup and coordination of a new team.Manage daily property-related operations and administrative tasks.Coordinate with property developers, HR departments, clients, and other stakeholders.Handle property documentation, paperwork, follow-ups, and records.Manage appointments, schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.Support management with day-to-day business and property-related activities.Coordinate international travel and related arrangements, including travel to Europe.Ensure smooth communication and efficient office operations.

Requirements
