About us Shajaah Group provides integrated smart building and technology solutions in the UAE. Our brands are LinkGrid (smart home and ELV supply), Vivcom (installation, SIRA CCTV and maintenance) and Possivio (cloud, IT and software). We’re looking for a creative, hands-on marketer to grow our brands online.What you’ll doPlan and run a daily content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and YouTubeShoot and edit short-form videos and reels: product demos, smart home scenarios, behind-the-scenes, and before/after site workWrite captions, hooks, ad copy, website and blog content, and WhatsApp/email campaignsBrief the graphic design team and make sure every post is on-brandRun and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google and LinkedIn for leads and demo bookingsTrack performance (reach, engagement, leads, cost per lead) and share weekly reportsStay on top of smart home, security and tech trends and turn them into content ideasWhat we’re looking for2–4 years in digital marketing or content creation, ideally in tech, real estate, interiorsA strong portfolio of videos, reels and social posts you created yourselfConfident on camera and behind it, with mobile shooting and editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar)Excellent written English (Arabic is a plus)Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and analytics toolsCanva or Adobe skillsSelf-starter who can ship content every day without being chasedsince you’ll be filming at sites and showrooms
