🚘 We Are Hiring: Fleet Maintenance & Driver Operations OfficerCompany: Coming Passenger Transport by Luxury Vehicles LLCLocation: Dubai, UAEIndustry: Limousine and Luxury Passenger TransportWe are looking for an experienced Fleet Maintenance & Driver Operations Officer to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for the company’s vehicle fleet.Inspect vehicles and identify mechanical issues and required spare parts.Coordinate with garages and suppliers and verify quotations and completed repairs.Maintain accurate records of maintenance, spare parts, repair costs, mileage, and service schedules.Follow up with drivers regarding vehicle condition and maintenance requirements.Guide drivers on Dubai roads, limousine routes, operational procedures, and RTA requirements.Monitor drivers’ attendance, punctuality, duty schedules, and absences.Follow up and finalize traffic fines and maintain proper records.Ensure vehicles are clean, safe, roadworthy, and ready for daily operation.Prepare daily and monthly fleet and driver performance reports.Respond quickly to vehicle breakdowns and operational issues.Candidate Requirements:Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in fleet maintenance and driver operations.Previous experience with a limousine, taxi, rent-a-car, or transportation company in the UAE is mandatory.A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, spare parts, repair costs, and preventive maintenance.Good knowledge of Dubai roads, RTA regulations, and traffic fine procedures.Strong Excel, reporting, documentation, and record-keeping skills.Good communication skills in English; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage.Must be currently available in the UAE.⚠️ Freshers, candidates without relevant UAE fleet experience, and candidates without a valid UAE driving licence will not be considered.
