Are you a finance professional who thinks beyond accounting?Do you enjoy MIS, business analytics, process improvement, cost optimization, AI tools, and building systems that actually work?And most importantly - do you understand and love football?Kickstart is looking for a high-energy professional to work closely with our Chairman, CEO and CFO in building stronger financial and business systems across our growing football ecosystem.WHAT YOU WILL DOBuild and implement MIS & business performance dashboards across football, academy, coaching, administration, residential, and kitchen operations.Develop and implement SOPs, SLAs and quality standards across the organization.Drive cost optimization, financial efficacy and cost-benefit analysis across business verticals.Manage financial aspects of strategic projects: Concept → Budget → Execution → Measurement.Work with the CFO and auditors, including KPMG and internal audit teams, to ensure robust documentation, accounting processes, and audit readiness.Create world-class board, investor, and business presentations using advanced digital and AI-powered tools.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?MBA Finance / M.Com Finance preferred3–8 years' relevant experienceStrong finance, MIS and analytical skillsAdvanced Excel and financial modellingStrong process and project-management capabilityExcellent presentation and communication skillsComfortable with AI tools and modern productivity technologyCA qualification is not requiredTHE BIG DIFFERENTIATORYou should know football.You don't necessarily need prior football-industry experience, but genuine passion and understanding of the football ecosystem, academy operations, and sports business will be a major advantage.We want someone who can look at a process and say:“This can be done better, measured better, and made more efficient.”If you are ready to move beyond traditional finance and help build the operating systems behind a high-performance football club, we want to hear from you.📍 Bengaluru | Full-TimeMail your resume to : stenis@kickstartfc.com
