• Minimum 3 years of experience in Facilities Management or a coordination role
• Experience in quotation preparation, departmental coordination, and document control
• Professional written English and strong MS Excel skills 3. Electrical Technician
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• Trade certificate required
• Experience with distribution boards (DBs), circuit breaker tripping, emergency lighting, and floodlights 4. HVAC / Plumbing Technician
• Minimum 4 years of HVAC experience
• Knowledge of FCUs, AHUs, split AC units, and refrigerant systems
• Experience with pumps, plumbing, and drainage systems 5. Finishing Specialist (Multi-Skilled)
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• Skilled in painting, gypsum works, tiling, carpentry, doors, and locks 6. General Multi-Tasking Technician
• Minimum 3 years of building maintenance experience
