WE ARE HIRING – TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with good knowledge of IT Support, Microsoft 365, CCTV, Access Control and ELV systems.Key Responsibilities:• Provide remote and onsite technical support to customers• Troubleshoot Outlook, email, Microsoft 365 and Windows issues• Microsoft 365 user creation and mailbox administration• SharePoint configuration and permission management• Printer, LAN, Wi-Fi and basic network troubleshooting• Configure and troubleshoot IP cameras, NVRs and IP phones• CCTV/VMS configuration – Hikvision iVMS and Samsung/Hanwha SSM• Access Control configuration – Keri, ZKTeco, Hikvision and similar systems• Handle SIRA portal and related technical requirements• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and suppliers for technical support• Read technical drawings and prepare BOQs• Maintain service reports and technical documentationRequirements:• Diploma or Degree in IT, Electronics, Electrical or related field• Good networking and troubleshooting knowledge• Experience in IT/ELV technical support preferred• Good communication and customer-support skills• Ability to take ownership of technical issues until resolution• UAE experience / Driving Licence is an advantageExpected Outcome:Provide fast and reliable technical support, resolve customer issues with minimum escalation, and ensure proper follow-up until successful closure. Interested candidates can send their CV to apply. job@shajaahgroup.com#Hiring #TechnicalSupport #ITSupport #ELV #CCTV #Microsoft365 #AccessControl #SIRA #DubaiJobs #UAEJobs
