We are looking for Vijayawada Operations Lead

RetireHow is building a Cost Escape™ experience for retirees from Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom — helping their retirement money go further while enjoying immersive cultural and travel experiences across South India.We’re looking for someone to help build our Vijayawada operations and lead the experience on the ground.Working with the founder, you’ll help evaluate communities and accommodation, build relationships with trusted transportation providers, housekeeping services, local travel partners and other vendors, and establish service standards for our guests.Our initial Proof of Concept will be intentionally small — 5 to 8 participants.As guests arrive, you’ll coordinate and deliver the experience on the ground — supporting guests, managing vendors, maintaining service standards and solving day-to-day problems.Who we’re looking forWe’re particularly interested in current or former senior cabin crew/team leaders, or professionals with comparable leadership experience in airline guest operations, premium hospitality, guest relations or travel operations.You should be organized, dependable and service-oriented, with excellent English, sound judgment, strong local knowledge and the confidence to take ownership. Telugu fluency is highly desirable.The opportunityThis is an initial project-based and seasonal leadership opportunity, with the potential to lead future Vijayawada operations as the program develops.For the right long-term fit, there may also be an opportunity to participate in the future growth of the business.Scope, schedule and remuneration will be discussed with selected candidates.Interested?
