The BDS Doctor will perform clinical examinations, diagnose dental conditions, propose treatment plans, and carry out procedures such as restorations, extractions, scaling, and other routine dental treatments. The Dental Assistant will support the dentist during procedures, prepare and sterilize instruments, manage chairside assistance, and help maintain accurate patient records. Both roles will contribute to patient education on oral hygiene, ensure adherence to clinic protocols and infection control standards, and assist with appointment coordination and follow-up. Team members are expected to maintain a professional and empathetic approach toward patients and work closely with colleagues to support smooth daily operations.Qualifications Professional dental skills, including a BDS degree from a recognized institution (for BDS Doctor) and formal dental assisting training or relevant experience (for Dental Assistant).Clinical competency in routine dental procedures, chairside assistance, instrument handling, and infection control practices.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and team members.Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle appointments, patient flow, and documentation accurately.Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous learning through courses, workshops, or clinical updates.Ability to work collaboratively in a busy clinical environment and show empathy, patience, and professionalism.Registration with the appropriate dental council and compliance with local regulatory requirements, where applicable.
