One year experience also OK.If you’re someone who can strike up a conversation on a call, build rapport, follow up confidently and genuinely enjoy connecting with people — you could be a great fit for this role!💼 What you’ll be doing:* Identify and generate potential leads for our matchmaking platform* Reach out to prospective profiles through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn & other channels* Speak with potential members and introduce them to our platform* Understand their basic requirements and set up calls with our senior matchakers* Confirm them as Leads * Maintain Lead information and work closely with our Matchmaking teamWe’re looking for:* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills* Confident, proactive and people-oriented* Freshers are welcome* Immediate joiners preferred* North Bangalore candidates only, or within 30 minute commute.* Comfortable with on-site, 6-day workingwww.mytruematch.in
