🚀 Hiring: Senior DevSecOps Engineer 📍 Location: Pune (Work From Office) 💼 Experience: 12+ Years | Immediate Joiner Preferred🔹 Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced DevSecOps Lead with strong hands-on expertise in AWS Cloud Security, DevSecOps strategy, security architecture, compliance, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should have experience building and scaling DevSecOps programs, securing large-scale AWS environments, and leading security engineering teams.🔹 Key Responsibilities✔ Define and implement DevSecOps strategy, security roadmaps, and operating models.✔ Lead, mentor, and develop DevSecOps and Cloud Security engineering teams.✔ Design secure AWS cloud architectures, including multi-account environments, zero-trust security, IAM, and network segmentation.✔ Integrate security tools and controls into CI/CD pipelines, including SAST, DAST, SCA, secrets scanning, and IaC scanning.✔ Lead cloud security operations, vulnerability management, and incident response.✔ Drive compliance and certification initiatives such as SOC 2, NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR.✔ Automate security guardrails and compliance using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Policy-as-Code.✔ Collaborate with engineering, product, IT, and business stakeholders to strengthen security posture.🔹 Must-Have Skills✔ 12+ years of overall IT, software engineering, infrastructure, or security experience.✔ 6+ years in DevSecOps, Cloud Security, or Security Engineering.✔ 3+ years of technical team leadership experience.✔ Strong expertise in AWS security services: GuardDuty, Security Hub, IAM, KMS, CloudTrail, Config, Macie, Inspector, WAF, and Secrets Manager.✔ Hands-on experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, Python, and Shell scripting.✔ Strong knowledge of CI/CD security, application security, container security, and Kubernetes security.✔ Experience with SOC 2, NIST, ISO 27001, or similar compliance frameworks.✔ Proven experience designing and securing large-scale AWS production environments.✔ Required Certification: AWS Certified Security – Specialty.🔹 Good to Have💎 Experience securing IoT or connected-product ecosystems.💎 Knowledge of security tools such as CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, Qualys, Tenable, Splunk, Wiz, or Prisma Cloud.💎 AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification.🔹EducationBE / B.Tech📩 How to ApplyInterested Candidates – Apply Now!
