• Deliver engaging and practical lectures to MBA students.
• Plan and prepare lectures, presentations, case studies, assignments and other academic materials.
• Relate classroom concepts to real-world aviation, hospitality and tourism industry practices.
• Mentor students and support their academic and professional development.
• Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Encourage students to develop professional, managerial and communication skills.
• Participate in seminars, workshops, guest lectures and other academic activities.
• Contribute to curriculum development and academic initiatives. Who We’re Looking For
• A Master’s degree in Aviation, Hospitality, Tourism, Travel & Tourism, Business Management or a relevant field.
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to teach MBA-level students.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Teaching/academic experience or relevant industry experience in Aviation, Hospitality, Tourism or Travel.
• Candidates with UGC-NET / Ph.D. will be preferred.
