The role will involve implementing new features, integrating APIs and third-party services, fixing bugs, improving performance, and ensuring a smooth user experience.You will work closely with the development, design, and management teams to turn business requirements and Figma designs into reliable and user-friendly mobile applications.Candidates with knowledge of Frontend and Backend development will receive first priority, as we value developers who can understand and contribute to the complete product development process.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain Jabotio's mobile application using Flutter and DartBuild new features and improve existing functionalityConvert Figma designs into responsive and user-friendly mobile interfacesIntegrate REST APIs, backend services, and third-party APIs/SDKsDebug issues, fix bugs, and optimize application performanceWork with the development and design teams to implement product requirementsWrite clean, maintainable, and scalable codeParticipate in testing, debugging, and code reviewsManage app updates and production releasesContribute to the continuous improvement of the application and overall user experienceRequirementsMinimum 2 years of professional experience in Flutter developmentStrong proficiency in Flutter and DartGood understanding of mobile application architecture and state managementExperience with REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and third-party integrationsPractical knowledge of Figma and ability to work from Figma designsFamiliarity with Git/GitHub and collaborative development workflowsExperience with debugging, testing, and mobile app performance optimizationGood understanding of responsive UI and modern UI/UX principlesAbility to write clean, maintainable, and scalable codeGood problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamPreferred SkillsCandidates with Frontend and Backend development experience will be given first priority.Knowledge or experience with technologies such as:React / Next.jsNode.jsPHP / LaravelMySQLFirebasewill be considered a strong advantage.Experience working on eCommerce applications, payment gateway integration, push notifications, or previously published mobile applications will also be an advantage.Educational QualificationMinimum BSc in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) or a closely related field.Employment DetailsPosition: Full-Time Flutter DeveloperEmployment Type: Full-TimeWork Location: Mirpur, DhakaOffice Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PMExperience: Minimum 2 YearsSalary: Negotiable, based on experience and skillsBenefitsUnlimited Tea & CoffeeUnlimited BiscuitsOpportunity to work on a growing eCommerce productCollaborative and friendly work environmentOpportunity to work across mobile, frontend, and backend technologiesHow to ApplyInterested candidates are requested to submit their CV along with GitHub/Portfolio links and examples of Flutter applications they have worked on.Candidates with relevant experience and a strong portfolio will be given preference.
