The company operates from its center at Indira Nagar in Lucknow and serves students and professionals across diverse technical domains.Role Description The We’re Hiring Java DSA Technical Trainers role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The Technical Trainer will design and deliver training modules on Java programming and Data Structures & Algorithms, including lectures, hands-on coding sessions, and problem-solving exercises. Daily responsibilities include preparing curriculum materials, creating assignments and assessments, mentoring learners on project work, and providing structured feedback to help them achieve job-ready proficiency. The trainer will facilitate workshops, conduct doubt-clearing sessions, support hackathons and other learning events, and collaborate with the academic and placement teams to align training outcomes with industry expectations. The role also involves continuously updating course content to reflect current technology trends and best practices in software development.Qualifications Strong background in technical training, with experience as a Technical Trainer delivering structured Technical Training programs.Demonstrated skills in Training & Development, including curriculum design, lesson planning, and learner assessment.Excellent Communication and Training skills, with the ability to explain complex Java and DSA concepts clearly to diverse learners.Proficiency in Java programming, Data Structures and Algorithms, and related development tools and IDEs.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in Java or DSA are a plus.Prior experience teaching or mentoring students or early-career professionals in an academic, coaching, or corporate training environment.Ability to conduct on-site sessions in Lucknow, manage classroom interactions, and support learners with varying levels of technical experience.Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and a learner-centric approach to teaching, with a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory education.
