Crystal Jade Palace represents the group’s premium flagship dining concept.We are looking for passionate hospitality professionals who value professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional guest experiences.OPEN POSITIONS | 招聘职位Supervisor | 服务主管Lead daily front-of-house operations, coordinate floor service, support team training, and maintain service standards. Previous Senior Server, Captain, Team Lead, or supervisory experience is preferred.Host Lead | 接待主管Oversee reservations, seating, VIP and member reception, while leading and supporting the Host team. Fine dining or hotel front desk experience is preferred.Bar Lead | 吧台主管Support daily bar operations, beverage standards, preparation, inventory organization, and team training. Fine dining, hotel, or high-volume bar experience is preferred.Sommelier | 侍酒师Provide professional wine service and recommendations, support cellar and inventory management, and assist with team wine training. Relevant certification and fine dining experience are preferred.Bartender | 调酒师Prepare and serve beverages, maintain bar organization and inventory, and provide attentive guest service. Previous fine dining or high-volume bar experience is preferred.Server | 服务员Deliver professional and attentive table service while creating a polished dining experience. Fine dining, private dining, or VIP service experience is an asset.Host | 接待员Welcome guests, manage reservations and seating, and support smooth front-of-house coordination. Strong communication, organization, and a professional presence are important.Runner | 传菜员Support efficient food delivery, table organization, and front-of-house service.
