We are looking for an experienced and motivated Arabic-speaking Sales Team Leader to join our real estate team in Dubai.Key Responsibilities:• Lead, motivate, and support the sales team• Set sales targets and monitor daily performance• Conduct regular training and coaching sessions• Manage leads and ensure proper CRM follow-up• Support the team in negotiations and closing deals• Prepare performance reports for management• Ensure monthly and quarterly targets are achievedRequirements:• Arabic speaker is mandatory• Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate• Previous experience as a Sales Team Leader is required• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan property market• Proven track record of achieving sales targets• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills• Fluency in English is preferred📍 Location: Dubai💼 Employment Type: Full-time💰 Competitive salary and commission structure
